The Kentucky Derby was the first jewel of horse racing’s Triple Crown with Preakness and Belmont Stakes betting next on the schedule.

Here’s a look at the favorites heading to Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland on May 16.

American Pharoah (-110)
The Kentucky Derby winner is the clear-cut favorite in the Preakness after a thrilling performance in the “Run for the Roses”. He challenged for the lead coming into the final turn and outlasted the field down the stretch. American Pharoah is going to have to show a little more speed in this shorter race, and won’t have time to pick and choose his move. The pressure is on this Bob Baffert-trained horse, looking to become the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed in 1978.

Dortmund (+350)
The third-place finisher in the Kentucky Derby is the second overall favorite in the Preakness, holding a slight edge on Firing Line – who he beat in tight races twice before placing behind him and American Pharoah in the Derby. Dortmund, also a Bob Baffert horse, was no shoe-in for the Preakness. Some speculated that he would not run against his stable mate, as to spoil their shot at a Triple Crown. Could politics come into play if Dortmund has the lead on American Pharoah coming down the home stretch? That’s a risk racing fans might have to take with Preakness and Belmont Stakes betting.

Firing Line (+450)
The surprise runner-up in the Kentucky Derby showed he had the chops to run with the favorites after placing just behind Dortmund as a two and three-year-old, then nearly stunning the racing world with his performance at Churchill Downs. Firing Line has dangerous speed at this distance and turned heads with an impressive victory at the Sunland Derby in March when he shattered records by winning by 14 ¼ length and set a 1 1/8-mile track record at 1:47.39. If Dortmund is held back in order to let American Pharoah take a shot at the Triple Crown, Firing Line is the one horse who can spoil the Baffert party at the Preakness.
